    SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND PICK UP SHIPPING AND HANDLING Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the Korea.
    The total quotation costs for your order is a not reflection of the total value of your order.

    Service Levels for International Freight Shipments: Our standard quote for international freight shipments is to the nearest International Airport via Air Freight.
    Door to door delivery (Incoterm: DAP) may be available for your order at an additional charge.
    Please email us or include in the “Notes” section when placing a Request for an Estimate/Order through our website if you would like to receive a DAP quote via Air Freight or would like to receive an Ocean Freight Shipping Rate.
    CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES Any order shipped to a destination outside of the Korea may be subject to import taxes or duties.
    Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.
    Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES OUR RETURN PROCESS We have a 30-day return policy. You must request a Contract number within 30-days from the date of shipment and we must receive the returned items back within 30-days from the date you received the Contract number.
    To start the return process please call us at 82-2-517-9670 and our customer care representative will provided you with a Contract number.
    We are not responsible for any items returned without an Cotract number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
    Return Policy The items must be in their original condition, packaging, and unused.
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any damage or loss during shipment back to us.
    NON-REFUNDABLE Equipment: Aluminum or Designer Cadillac, Aluminum or Designer Maple Wood Cadillac, Instant Cadillac Conversion in Half or Full Units, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Arm Chair, Combo Electric/Wunda Chair, Full (Ladder) Barrel, Spine Corrector, Mini Barrel, Guillotine Towers, Studio Wall Units, and High, Contour and Low Mats.

    *“Equipment” means Reformers, Cadillacs, Instant Half or Full Cadillac Conversions Units, Wunda Chairs, Electric Chairs, Arm Chairs, Combo Electric/Wunda Chair, Full (Ladder) Barrels, Spine Corrector, Mini Barrel, Guillotine Towers, Studio Wall Units and All Mats or any product ordered in a custom upholstery color or custom configuration.

    *“Non-Equipment Products (Accessories) are all products other than equipment as mentioned above. Orders for non-equipment products are final and may not be cancelled except as expressly stated on your invoice or on a Retro classic Pilates website at the time of your order. You may however return non-equipment items that are not listed as Non-Refundable Products
